Treasury Operations Associate

Verition Fund Management LLC ("Verition") is a multi-strategy, multi-manager hedge fund founded in 2008. Verition focuses on global investment strategies including Global Credit, Global Convertible, Volatility & Capital Structure Arbitrage, Event-Driven Investing, Equity Long/Short & Capital Markets Trading, and Global Quantitative Trading.

Job Title: Treasury Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities:

•  Monitor and maintain sufficient liquidity to optimize cash flow while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
•  Supervise the settlement and reconciliation processes for repos and foreign exchange transactions.
•  Manage the reconciliation of repos and resolve fails across clearing brokers and repo counterparties.
•  Collaborate with accounting, operations, and repo desk to gather cash flow inputs and ensure daily account funding is accurate and efficient.
•  Oversee collateral management across counterparties and financial products, including ISDA agreements, repos, and futures.
•  Facilitate the onboarding process for new counterparty relationships.
•  Support portfolio managers and internal teams by executing treasury-related ad-hoc requests and initiatives.

Requirements:

•  5-8 years of relevant professional experience.
•  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
•  Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
•  Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy.
•  Self-motivated and growth-oriented professional seeking to contribute to a dynamic and expanding team and organization.
•  Experience with Advent Geneva is highly desirable.
