Treasury Operations Analyst

*This role will require you to come into the Boston, MA or Maitland, FL office on a semi regular basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide accounting support for custodial funds managed by Alegeus.

• Drive timely and accurate delivery of custodial reconciliations in accordance with established Service Level Agreements.

• Leverage internal tools and knowledge of Alegeus systems and processes to support large, complex, and interdepartmental projects with company-wide impacts.

• Organize and lead team-level projects to improve internal processes and support team efficiency objectives.

• Design and implement solutions to report required metrics to internal stakeholders as assigned.

• Partner with others on the Investment Operations team to execute strategy in coordination and partnership with our clients.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or another related field required.

• 0-4 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong Excel knowledge is required (i.e. Pivot tables/Vlookups/IF statements, etc.).

• SQL or VBA knowledge preferred.
