As a Mid-Level Financial Analyst, your mission will be to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and security of EBANX’s financial operations, especially related to cash flow, international transfers, and exchange rate analysis. You will also be a key contributor in maintaining smooth operational processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting internal and external stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for:

• Managing cash flow analysis and monitoring operational bank account balances.

• Preparing remittances for international transfers and ensuring timely delivery of funds abroad.

• Processing and analyzing financial data related to daily FX (foreign exchange) closings.

• Ensuring accurate tracking of transferred funds and adherence to financial operation schedules and banking deadlines.

• Maintaining effective communication with the Financial Operations team to guarantee accuracy in transactions.

• Analyzing and securing competitive exchange rates.

• Monitoring and reporting on daily transaction volumes.

• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

• Supporting internal teams, as well as internal and external audit processes.

• Reviewing contracts to ensure proper financial documentation and record-keeping.

Main requirements for this position:

• Intermediate to advanced English (you will communicate with international banks).

• Strong analytical skills, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Logical reasoning and clear, assertive communication with teams and leadership.

• High attention to detail and precision in financial operations.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

• Proficiency in Excel.

• Availability for on-call support during certain Brazilian holidays.

What else would we like to see?

• Strong communication skills in Spanish.

• Experience with Bloomberg is a plus.

• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and automation tools.

• A proactive, curious, and results-oriented approach.
