Position Overview:

Reliability and accuracy are critical to the Treasury Management Support & Solutions Specialist Role.  Excellent communication skills are also required, as customer interaction is a large component of the position.  Preparation of treasury management customer facing documents, implementing services for new and existing customers, customer trainings, and ongoing support of clients throughout the Wintrust footprint are all aspects of this role.

Courteous and efficient customer communication to internal and external customers is expected, while simultaneously pulling and working TM Salesforce cases to perform requests for the clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide initial onboarding and ongoing support of new and existing clients.

  • Service internal and external Treasury Management customers via telephone and workflow system.

  • Process various maintenance requests.

  • Resolve product issues.

  • Prepare product documentation and implement additional accounts and services for customers.

  • Provide exceptional customer service while handling a large number of calls and requests.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Competency to handle difficult customer calls.

  • Ability to organize and multi-task in fast paced environment, using multiple applications/systems.

  • Focus on customer service for both internal and external clients.

  • Knowledge of Treasury Management products and the banking industry a plus.

  • The ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests at one time.

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $20.20 - $28.85, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
