This position is based in our Irvine, California Corporate Headquarters with the opportunity to work up to two days remote per week.

Your role:

This is a great opportunity to work in the Treasury of a large international company, yet not be siloed! You will work on optimal capital structure design, cross border funding, foreign exchange and interest rate risk management, global liquidity management, working capital management and more. Success will require a broad understanding of corporate treasury concepts, intellectual curiosity, and the mental flexibility to attend both to details as well as the broader strategy.

  • Provide analysis to optimize capital efficiency by balancing the use of working capital programs (e.g., factoring and flooring) with internal funding.
  • Support capital market activities such as debt issuance, capital structure analysis, and interest rate risk management.
  • Assess FX risk and recommend hedging strategies. Note: this is not an FX trade execution role.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Ingram Micro's global working capital programs such as factoring, flooring, assignment of receivables, channel financing etc.
  • Assist in optimizing the global liquidity structure by examining banking partners, account structure, sweeps etc.
  • Develop and maintain models (e.g., WACC, ROWC) to assess the economics of prospective working capital programs.
  • Evaluate prospective working capital programs to ensure capital efficiency is balanced with the cost of capital.
  • Advise local teams on corporate policy and best practices for optimizing their balance sheets.
  • Monitor local debt and factoring agreements to ensure proper reporting to Corporate Treasury and Controllership
  • Manage review and approval process for letters of credit and bank guarantees.
  • Provide analysis and insight on financial matters to the Treasury leadership.
  • Back up other treasury functions such as month debt and facility reconciliation

What you bring to the role:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, or related discipline

Experience:

  • 7 or more years of experience in a global treasury function or related international banking experience

Skills / Technical:

  • Knowledge of debt capital markets (bonds, commercial paper, asset backed programs)
  • Thorough understanding of interest rate and foreign exchange risk management
  • Thorough understanding of common working capital programs: receivable factoring, assignment of receivables, flooring, channel finance etc.
  • Familiar with working capital program providers and experience setting up banking structures with global banks.
  • Familiar with both theory and practice of capital structure management
  • Strong analytical skills and expert user of Microsoft Excel
  • Intellectually curious and a growth mindset!

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $105,500.00 - $179,400.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
