The Treasury Manager supports Group Treasury in optimizing funding, liquidity, and financial risk management through financial modelling, capital markets analysis, and trade execution, while contributing to treasury digitalization and process improvements.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Model owner for funding, capital structure and optimal currency mix; supports development of advanced analytics, including scenario modelling and data-driven insights for early identification of funding and risk developments.
Perform analysis on debt headroom capacity, rating metrics, and optimal capital structure and perform regular benchmark reviews.
Support planning and execution of funding activities (bond issuances, RCFs, dividends) and prepare analyses and materials for transactions (incl. documentation, investor insights).
Support analysis of FX, interest rate, and liquidity exposures and provide data-driven insights to support risk and investment management decisions.
Serve as designated backup trader, ensuring seamless execution of FX, interest rate, money market, and derivative transactions.
Contribute to treasury automation, system enhancements, and data analytics initiatives and other relevant projects.
Support preparation of Treasury Risk Committee and Corporate Finance materials.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential and Desirable Requirements:
Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CFA® charter holder or willingness to pursue the CFA designation is desirable.
Around 3 years of relevant experience within multinational corporations, treasury functions, financial institutions, or banking environments.
Experience working with treasury management systems and associated financial data tools.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel; programming skills are an advantage (e.g., VBA, Python).
Fluency in English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
Solid knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets, risk management techniques, and financial modelling.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to identify, assess, and communicate relevant financial scenarios to support decision-making.
High levels of integrity, accountability, and collaboration, with a holistic approach to delivering business solutions and ensuring the successful execution of projects and transactions.
