As a Treasury Management Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible at the divisional level for the development of Treasury Management business, the expansion of existing business relationships and the delivery of the Treasury Management services to new and existing customers. One of your key responsibilities is to build strong partnerships with appropriate sales partners and Relationship Managers to support the sales cycle. You'll be responsible for assisting with the design of new Treasury Management services.Responsible for supporting the Treasury Management Sales Team in managing all elements of Treasury Management sales cycle including business development, prospect qualification, needs analysis and close of sale. Retain and grow customer portfolio with a program of service review, regular calling, and industry training.
Maintain current and comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, industry trends, competitive environment, and service issues. Use this knowledge to design customer-centric treasury management solutions and provide consultative expertise on the liquidity management cycle. Also responsible for providing industry and product training to internal and external audiences including customers, resource groups, and Relationship Managers.
Support the Treasury Management Sales Team by preparing reporting on portfolio performance, exception pricing management, Commercial Card portfolio management, and general ad hoc sales needs.
Support the Treasury Management Sales Team on creating marketing pitch decks, preparing sales proformas, and crafting client annual reviews for both internal and external audiences.
What you'll need:
- 1+ years of related experience in Financial Industry, Branch or Treasury Management Support, or similar field. May have completed a credit training program.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
- Occasional travel required.
