Job Description:

At Regions, the Treasury Management Product Manager is the line of business owner and subject matter expert for one or more treasury management products or services. The Product Manager assists and may lead in product or enhancement development, and the development, execution and tracking of marketing or line of business programs for a specific product or product line by collecting, analyzing, reporting marketing and sales performance data.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Key line of business product owner and subject matter expert
  • Coordinates consideration of new product development or enhancement of existing products
  • Participates and has input on promotional, marketing, and communication programs on products
  • Works with sales teams to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies to identify opportunities
  • May review business competitive data, coordinate development of management reporting and manage appropriate pricing grids
  • Prepares and conducts product training as needed
  • Provides Geography support as needed
  • Determines marketing and business segments' objectives and recommends strategies, including advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future development of one or more specific products

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and (3) three years of market research, product development, or related experience

  • Or High school diploma or GED and (7) seven years of market research, product development, or related experience

Preferences

  • Master's degree

Skills and Competencies

  • Detailed oriented

  • Good communication and organizational skills

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Job Range Target:

Minimum:

$83,626.40 USD

Median:

$100,840.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:

This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals.Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
