Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Associate within Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL). This role supports Treasury Management clients across the Restaurant, Retail, Gaming, and Healthcare segments and serves as a key operational partner to Relationship Managers, Client Service Officers, and internal service teams. Team members are responsible for researching and resolving client servicing requests, managing casework related to Treasury Management products and services, navigating established procedures, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries.
This is a client-facing and operational support role that requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment. Successful team members demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to deliver a high-quality customer experience while balancing phone support, case management, and service level expectations.
In This Role, You Will:
  • Manage and support a portfolio of Treasury Management client servicing requests.
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries in accordance with established policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Handle requests and cases related to Treasury Management products and services, including wires, ACH, cash vault, and other payment-related inquiries.
  • Prioritize and manage phone interactions, service requests, and casework while meeting service level expectations.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support client needs.
  • Develop expertise in Treasury Management products, servicing processes, and applicable compliance requirements.
  • Exercise independent judgment when researching issues, identifying solutions, and determining appropriate next steps.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ months of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 6+ months of direct client-facing experience, including real-time customer interaction by phone or in person
Desired Qualifications
  • Treasury Management Dedicated Client Services experience, Commercial Banking support experience, or related payment product servicing experience.
  • Experience supporting Treasury Management products and services, including ACH, wires, cash management, or online banking platforms.
  • Strong ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex client inquiries while managing multiple priorities and service level commitments.
  • Experience supporting customers in a phone-based, case management, or servicing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume workload through effective organization, time management, and prioritization.
  • Experience navigating multiple systems, applications, and servicing tools to identify information and drive issue resolution.
Job Expectations
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, hybrid work schedule. Expectations regarding working hours and scheduling needs may vary between teams, but generally require availability during core business hours.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.     Skills Required

    • 6+ months of Business Relationship Support experience or equivalent
    • 6+ months of direct client-facing experience with real-time customer interaction (phone or in person)
