- Ensure timely settlement of trades and transactions in compliance with market regulations and internal policies.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or failed settlements promptly.
- Facilitate fund transfers as necessary to optimize liquidity and meet funding requirements.
- Process incoming and outgoing payments, including wires, ACH transfers, and checks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile cash positions and resolve discrepancies with bank statements.
- Provide administrative support to the treasury team, including maintaining files, databases, and records related to settlements and cash transactions.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits, regulatory examinations, and internal reviews.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external counterparties to facilitate efficient workflows and communications
- Perform daily, monthly, and ad hoc reconciliations of settlement activities, cash positions, and transactional data.
- Prepare and distribute reports summarizing settlement activities, cash balances, and outstanding items for management review
