Job Summary:
We are looking for a Treasury Executive to support treasury operations, cash flow management, and financial controls for a fast-paced media and publishing house.
Key Responsibilities
• Daily cash management and bank balance monitoring.
• Cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Managing bank relationships, payment processing, and reconciliations.
• Foreign exchange exposure and hedging support, especially in international businesses.
• Preparing treasury reports, management updates, and compliance documents.
• Applying financial controls before releasing the payment from bank
• Publish the monthly FX Rates on Monthly Basis
• Month End closing Activities for Treasury
• Act as a quality control function to ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Provide an audit perspective on treasury-related activities and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Address any adhoc requirements to ensure the smooth functioning of treasury operations
Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or cash management.
• Experience in media, publishing, advertising, digital media, or service industries will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash flow management, and banking processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Skills Required
- 3-5 years of experience in treasury or finance
- Experience in daily cash management and bank balance monitoring
- Cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning experience
- Experience managing bank relationships, payment processing, and reconciliations
- Knowledge of foreign exchange exposure and hedging support
- Experience preparing treasury reports, month-end closing, and compliance documentation
- Strong financial controls and audit perspective for treasury transactions
- Willingness to work on-site in Okhla, Phase 3, New Delhi
- Ability to publish monthly FX rates
