Treasury Disbursement Intern will be part of a team that handles daily entity-wide disbursements, initiates wire/ACH/book transfers and works with internal customers and external banking partners to facilitate the payment process to policy holders and vendors. They will also accurately process invoice detail into Oracle software and assist members of the Treasury Operations team as time permits, especially the Cash Disbursement Clerk during peak processing times.

- Serve as primary member of the Wire Team including ACHs, Wires, and Book Transfers
- Processes invoices in the Oracle AP system
- Completion of Snapsheet Daily Duplicate Payee
- Assists with physical check printing and mailing process
- Performs miscellaneous duties as requested by the management of Treasury Operations

What sets you up for success
- College student working towards bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Some accounting, IT or related college level courses
- Knowledge of Oracle applications would be a plus
- Exceptional data entry skills (ability to key above 60 wpm with a high level of accuracy)
- Ability to switch between several tasks easily
- Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and our banking partners
Please Note: This internship is for immediate placement and is not a Summer 2026 opportunity. Candidates must be available to begin work promptly upon selection. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work full-time hours (32–40 hours per week) during the internship period.
