Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Director to lead and refine our treasury and tax strategies across multiple jurisdictions. This pivotal role ensures effective liquidity management, currency risk mitigation, and tax compliance while fostering strong relationships with financial institutions and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with financial institutions, ensuring efficient, cost-effective treasury operations and compliance with contract terms.
• Driving strategic tax initiatives, including entity structuring and transfer pricing, while maintaining a compliant and efficient corporate income tax and indirect tax organization.
• Management of external tax providers, tax returns, and tax authorities.
• Develop and execute liquidity management strategies, including investment research, FX hedging, cash flow forecasting, and intercompany liquidity management.
• Monitor and optimize bank account services and manage bank signing authorities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and resolve complex challenges.
• Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Finance or a related field.
• 10+ years of successful experience in treasury, tax management, and/or other relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in liquidity planning, investment strategies, FX operations, and/or currency risk management.
• Strong compliance mindset with the ability to hold internal and external stakeholders accountable while collaborating effectively across all levels and functions of the organization.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex situations effectively. 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Highly organized and adaptable, capable of working under pressure and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
