Join this fast-paced, Chicago-based team as a Controller within the Investment Banking Treasury.
As a Treasury Controller within the Commercial and Investment Banking division, you will be tasked with maintaining the overall integrity and operational environment across the Commercial and Investment Banking balance sheet. This includes areas such as Liquidity, RWA/Capital, and Leverage. Your role will involve validating and attesting to the completeness and accuracy of reported monthly/quarterly actuals, ensuring end-to-end data quality, controls, and compliance with relevant policies and standards.
Job Responsibilities

  • Provide operational oversight and control of the RWA calculation under Basel 3 Standardized and Advanced approaches, including adjustment oversight. Serves as central point for coordinating the implementation of new Basel rules and impact reviews. Acts as point of contact for control initiatives and BIR reviews
  • Provide oversight of Leverage and GSIB calculations working with FRRA and Policy on implementations and regulatory reporting changes
  • Review liquidity reporting including 6G (FR 2052a) LCR, NSFR, and JPM stress on accuracy of variance analysis and commentary
  • Ensure overall data integrity and data sourcing operating model for CIB data within LRI
  • Partner with Corporate Liquidity teams to test and prioritize LRI enhancements and reduction of manual adjustments
  • Implement both the tactical and strategic solutions to enhance controls, streamline processes and coordinate initiatives with technology initiatives across the Controller functions listed above.
  • Coordinate the completion of control testing with CIB F&BM Control officer team and central testing evaluation teams


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 4+ Years of experience
  • Experience with regulatory policy and concepts related to capital management and liquidity
  • Ability to apply oversight, governance, and controls surrounding treasury functions
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, review and analyze large volumes of data
  • Outstanding analytical skills with proven ability to solve problems across a large and complex organization
  • In depth understanding of JPMC risk and finance reporting infrastructure
