Responsible for assessing, monitoring, planning and managing the efficient utilization of cash and financial services in a manner consistent to meet the financial obligations of the Company, related but not limited to:
- Performs treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt, and capital management.
- Allocates cash balances and maintains investment records
- Manage long-term and short-term investment strategies.
Treasury Operations
Develop a cash position report comprising of forecasting every week's cash receipts and disbursements. Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short-term excess cash. Manage inter-company cash, including inter-company lending and dividends Oversee cash management banking and financial institution relationships. Manage the accuracy of invoice processing for payment release. Manage FX-related strategy with Bank & Global treasury team. Develop the analysis of foreign exchange execution (include the forecast) Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures. Develop and monitor treasury operational policies.
Operating Cash Flow
Monitor the receivable collection and ensure no significant balance of overdue. Collaborate and work together with Procurement to manage AP balance and TOP to deliver AOP target. Ensure the minimum exposure.
Financials & Reporting
Manage the preparation and review of AOP Manage the preparation and review of the Forecast Cycle Manage to review LLD & Simodis reports to the government. Prepare, review, and present weekly and monthly reports. Build strong financial awareness within the commercial/operations team. Maintain financial policies and facilitate the remediation of control gaps Review and drive improvement in Cash Forecash / Cash Management. Prepare cash flow reports and evaluate variances.
