Role OverviewThe Treasury Analyst supports the day-to-day financial operations of a growing, multi-site healthcare organization by ensuring strong cash visibility and disciplined cash management across all locations. This role partners closely with center leadership and corporate finance to manage liquidity, support forecasting, and build scalable treasury processes as the organization continues to expand through growth and acquisitions.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across cash management, forecasting, and financial operations, with meaningful exposure to both center-level operations and corporate finance.
This position is based in the Raleigh, NC area and follows a hybrid work schedule, with in-office collaboration Monday–Tuesday and work from a home office Wednesday–Friday.
What You’ll DoManage daily cash positioning across multiple locations, including ad hoc transactions monitoring balances and coordinating fund transfers
Own day-to-day treasury operations for assigned centers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and issue resolution
Serve as a primary point of contact for center leaders on treasury-related questions and needs
Support the transition of treasury processes from outsourced to in-house operations
Partner with Accounts Payable to improve coordination and reporting of outgoing payments
Develop and document treasury processes and procedures to support consistency and scale
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across treasury operations
2–4 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data
Experience with banking platforms and/or ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions
Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally and build relationships
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Interest in building deeper treasury expertise and growing within a scaling organization
A Plus:
Experience in a multi-site or healthcare organization
Exposure to treasury management systems (TMS)
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or interest in pursuing
