Position Summary:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a B.Com/BBA Graduate Trainee at Coperion. We are seeking a team member who can support Commercial Department to oversee end-to-end commercial operations, including month-end reporting, commercial finance, GST compliance, export-import management, banking operations, and logistics supervision. The role requires strong analytical ability, commercial acumen, and effective cross-functional coordination. The trainee shall be on apprenticeship/training for the first 12 months and based on performance and manager feedback, the position shall be confirmed after the training period.
Work You’ll Learn:
Invoicing & GST management
Authorization of Sales and Service Invoices (Local) and Fact Invoices
Authorization of Export Invoices including Custom Invoices and Fact Invoices
Review and authorization of GST returns
Reconciliation of GST records with books of accounts
Export management
Arrangement and coordination with forwarding agents for container movement
Supervision of dispatch to airports and seaports
Liaising with CHA for duty drawback
Collection and submission of EP copies to banks for BRC
Application and follow-up with consultants for MEIS
Import management
Supervision of transportation of imported goods
Coordination with forwarding agents
Coordination with CHA for customs clearance
Management of E-way bills
Domestic Transport management
Coordination of complete outward logistics for CIF orders (Export & Domestic)
Verification and processing of Freight Forwarder / Transporter invoices
Management of MRs, POs, deliveries, and payments
Logistics Supervision
Supervision and guidance of the logistics team
Ensuring smooth and timely dispatch operations
Banking & Treasury Operations
Management of bank accounts
Compliance management related to credit lines
Arrangement of Bank Guarantees, SBLCs, Foreign & Inland LCs
Handling Forex matters with RBI and banks
Liaising with Group Treasury and banks for Forex forward contracts
Compliance & Coordination
Liaising with indirect tax consultants and forwarding agents
Coordination with Group Treasury for financial and forex matters

This role will be part of the Finance/Commerical team.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors in Commerce or Bachelors in Business Administration
Strength in Commercial finance/Credit Management
Aware about INCOTERMS
Aware about Taxation and basic commercial terms required to learn above tasks
Proficient in Excel
Effective communication skills: Verbal, Written and Presentation
