How you will contribute to EveryPay's vision:

We are growing our Operations team and we are looking for a talented Treasury Analyst!

What are our challenges?
The Treasury Analyst will be a part of the treasury team in support of all the operation processes of the Everypay MAE. As a Treasury Analyst, will support the treasury department to meet the financial obligations of the organization and perform the necessary journal entries, reconciliations, and in-depth account analysis for the monthly general ledger close for all cash, assets limited as to use, and investments.

What you will be doing :

• Cash Management: Monitor cash flow, ensuring the company has enough liquidity to meet its obligations. This involves forecasting future cash needs, managing bank accounts, and optimizing collections from debtors
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, trends, and identifying areas for improvement. This could involve creating economic models, assessing risks, and recommending strategies to optimize cash flow or investment opportunities
• Reporting and Compliance: Prepare reports for senior management, keeping them informed about the company’s financial health. They also ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Transaction Processing: Review and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, including incoming and outgoing payments. This might involve reconciling bank statements and maintaining the general ledger
• Payouts Processing: Prepare and process payments to various merchants and sellers

What will you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Banking, Finance or Economics
• 2-6 years of experience in similar position
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Team player with an ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Ability to work independently
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
