About the role
We are seeking a Treasury Analyst for our HQ Finance team based in Taipei. The role will work together with the finance operations team in Taiwan HQ and all the subsidiaries for treasury issues.
Task of the role
Cash & Liquidity Management
- Monitor daily cash balances and prepare cash position reports
- Support short-term cash forecasting and variance analysis
- Coordinate internal fund transfers and intercompany settlements
Banking Operations
- Administer bank account openings, closings, and maintenance
- Serve as liaison with banking partners for operational issues
- Maintain bank signatories and user access rights
Payments & Reconciliations
- Process and review domestic and international payments
- Support payment runs in ERP and treasury systems (e.g., SAP, Kyriba)
- Assist with bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
FX & Risk Support
- Assist in collecting and tracking foreign exchange exposures
- Support execution and documentation of FX trades and hedging instruments
Treasury Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare treasury reports for internal stakeholders (e.g., cash dashboards, debt schedules)
- Support audit requests and ensure treasury activities comply with internal controls
- Maintain and document treasury processes in accordance with policies and SOX requirements
Process Improvement & Project
- Participate in treasury system enhancements, automation projects, and policy updates
- Contribute to treasury transformation initiatives and best practices adoption
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- Minimum 2 years of finance related experience especially in treasury
- Professional skills of Ms. Office.
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and under high pressure.
- Fluent writing and speaking in English (must) and Japanese (plus).
- Experience of Oracle system implementation is preferred.
- Experience in bank relationship management and maintenance.
