About the Opportunity
The Treasury Analyst manages and monitors daily US cash and debt management transactions, reports cash operation activities and executes borrowing transactions. Additional responsibilities include preparing and maintaining US cash flow projections, day-to-day contact with bank personnel, payment processing, performing Security Administrator role for global banks and executing foreign exchange transactions. Responsible for execution of stock administration transactions, including dividends. Supports -Director of Global Treasury with banking activities as needed.
Responsibilities
• Performs daily US corporate cash and debt management and forecasting activities, including administering/anticipating short-term borrowings, payment of interest and Credit Facility fees, letter of credit issuance and maintaining loan activity file.
• Prepares and maintains US cash flow projection model, including daily cash positioning and reconciliation. Follows process for detailed cash flow forecasting by gathering and interpreting cash flow and other financial data, including cross-border flows. Monitors and explains variances.
• Executes wire transfers, funds movement, approves ACH transfers, foreign exchange transactions on bank platforms and FXAll. Resolves cash/banking issues and errors in a timely manner.
• Day-to-day interface with bank personnel to resolve banking issues, add/delete banking services
• Maintain proper record keeping and document filing/management, including Treasury service agreements, signature cards, bank account documentation, loan notices and letters of credit.
• Security Administrator role for global banks, managing user entitlements.
• Maintain shareholder database, execute dividend and stock transactions, shareholder communications.
• Analyze and monitor bank statements and bank fees monthly. Perform monthly analysis of Treasury cost center reports, including review and research of significant variances and reclassifying of expenses when necessary
• Ad-hoc projects as requested
• Responsible for transacting activities in collaboration with Treasurer, Treasury peers, Global and Business Unit Controllership, Transaction Services, Business Unit Finance and Global Tax to accomplish planned growth.
• Domestic and international travel required up to 5%.
• Represents Driscoll’s in an ethical and business-like professional manner in all interactions with growers, co-workers, suppliers, customers and the business community at large.
Candidate Profile
• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business
• 1-3 years of Treasury or Treasury-related experience within complex organizations
• Experience with various on-line banking platforms, including user maintenance, transaction processing and information reporting
• Self-motivated individual who can prioritize and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision; able to excel in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• The ability to work cohesively as a Team, across all levels of the organization
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Intermediate Excel skills with experience updating cash management models
• Core PowerPoint skills to assist in updating slides for senior management
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
• Strong desire to grow Treasury knowledge and capabilities, including obtaining Certified Treasury Professional certification
• Ability to work closely with internal and external customers to complete projects
• Experience at an agricultural or fast-moving consumer goods company is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:

The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors.
Salary Range estimated for the Treasury Analyst: $69,600 to $90,400 USD.
