The Treasury department manages the Company’s cash, investments, and financial risk exposures through a global network of financial institutions. This position is responsible for multiple facets of the corporate treasury team. The functions of this position will: aid with the opening/closing of company banking accounts, maintain bank accounts and assist with companywide banking access across our multiple banking platforms. Monitor internal and external bank users’ activities and services to ensure accuracy and proper control. The Treasury Analyst will have extensive interaction with internal stakeholders (tax, legal, accounting, IT, business segments) and external partners (including relationship banks) across a variety of treasury activities. The Treasury Analyst will continually seek to build efficiencies and improve Treasury processes, procedures, management reporting, and help build a world class treasury infrastructure to support the Company’s growth.
Essential Functions:
- Bank Account Maintenance – Responsible for opening, closing, and modifying bank account services, documentation, and bank signers
- Banking Relationship – You will manage global banking operations including consistent communication with bank service representatives for account statuses and bank account implementation
- Treasury Management System – Assist in the implementation of a new treasury management system by working with internal teams, learning the new system, and migrating existing processes to the new system
- Design, implement, and operate treasury processes, taking into considerations of best practices and business needs
- Support US bank account structure: update bank signatories, maintain banking resolutions, Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, and maintain multiple e-banking portals and user access requests
- Back up other Treasury personnel in their absence
- Create reporting or use current reporting to update Treasury Systems in accordance with accounting and business needs.
