The position will be responsible for managing and controlling payment processes, ensuring the accuracy of bank transactions, healthy cash flow, and efficiency across financial operations:
Monitor bank balances and financial investments;
Monitor and control bank fees;
Manage relationships with financial institutions;
Manage the daily payment process through SAP;
Perform daily bank reconciliation of payments in SAP;
Prepare daily cash flow information, including incoming receipts and outgoing payments;
Prepare weekly and monthly payment forecasts for Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay;
Execute foreign exchange transactions;
Monitor and control bank guarantees;
Manage the daily payment exchange rate;
Support SOX controls by providing financial information and documentation;
Manage ZIM's registration with customers;
Prepare monthly closing reports;
Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and propose solutions;
Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, International Trade, or a related field;
Experience with SAP PRD;
Previous experience in treasury operations, cash flow management, and financial processes;
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
Intermediate to advanced English;
Analytical and organized profile, with strong communication, negotiation, and banking relationship management skills;
Experience in the international trade (Comex) industry is a plus.
