Day-to-day activities
Actualize and manage the cash flow file
Ensure all cash transfers have appropriate documentation/reasons
Compile invoices and provide settlement proposals for approval
Initiate wires related to inter-company settlements
Track and settle inter-company receivables and payables
Prepare account analysis reconciliation for Treasury related accounts
Open and close bank accounts
Coordinate bank account signor updates with the banks and legal teams
Prepare all FBAR filings
Essential Traits
Bachelor’s Degree required;
A minimum of 3 years of treasury experience is preferred.
Demonstrate knowledge of accrual basis accounting
Demonstrate interest in basic tax research.
Willingness to participate in multiple areas of tax, including foreign tax regimes
Proven ability to utilize standard business (MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of tax (research and compliance) and accounting software applications a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience writing tax memoranda preferred a plus.
A self-starter, detail oriented, possesses strong quantitative and analytical skills and strong organizational skills
