Job DescriptionVericast is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst I to join our Treasury team. This role is ideal for an early-career finance professional who enjoys working with cash management, banking operations, reconciliations, financial reporting, and process improvement. The Treasury Analyst I plays a critical role in supporting daily treasury activities, maintaining strong internal controls, and ensuring efficient management of company cash and banking relationships.
What You'll Do
- Perform daily cash management activities, ensuring the efficient use of cash while maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets. Utilize Kyriba and banking platforms to monitor cash positions, facilitate treasury transactions, and support daily cash management activities. Monitor and utilize cash concentration structures and banking services to collect, transfer, and disburse funds electronically through ACH, wire transfers, investment sweeps, lockbox services, controlled disbursements, and other banking platforms.
- Initiate and manage Positive Pay files for disbursements and upload cleared check files into SAP.
- Maintain daily cash reporting files and support all cash movements in accordance with SOX requirements and audit guidelines. Administer bank platform access, maintain user security profiles, and manage recurring wire transfer templates.
- Monitor bank account activity to ensure excess cash is effectively utilized and overdrafts are avoided. Analyze account activity and investigate variances and exceptions.
- Prepare daily and monthly journal entries related to wire transfers, cash transactions, and other treasury-related activities. Utilize Kyriba and SAP to support treasury accounting, transaction reporting, and journal entry preparation.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations for treasury-related accounts and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner.
- Process monthly rental payments and maintain real estate and lease documentation within ProLease.
- Support quarterly and annual reporting requirements, including requests from internal and external auditors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Process quarterly royalty payments, wire transfers, and electronic tax payments in accordance with established deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain banking documentation, including account agreements, funds transfer agreements, signature cards, account maintenance requests, and other banking records. 10%
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis, assist with cash forecasting, and complete other duties, special projects, and assignments as directed by Treasury management.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
