The Role

Job Summary:

Primary responsibility for centralized issuance of letters of credit and surety bonds and bank account administration.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, prepare and facilitate the issuance of letters of credit and surety bonds for all divisions of the Company

  • Manage database and entity changes for bonds, letters of credit and bank accounts

  • Perform bank account administration including: opening, closing, and maintenance of all bank accounts for the Company

  • Facilitate the issuance of corporate credit cards and gift cards

  • Process company-wide cashier’s check requests, Treasury department invoices, and assist with daily corporate cash management as needed.

  • Oversee unclaimed property process with asset recovery specialists, division teams and the applicable state/local municipalities

  • Oversee department compliance with Corporate record retention program

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation to office such as answers phone calls, schedules meetings, supports visitors and other administrative duties such as typing, filing, copying, scanning, etc.

  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail.

  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication while maintaining sensitive information confidential

  • Eager to learn and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Management Responsibilities:

  • Individual contributor

Required Education:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Must be a Notary in the State of Georgia (or quickly become a Notary after starting employment)

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 years private industry experience

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams 

  • Analytical and problem solving skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

  • Ability to develop and implement methods and procedures for improving, maintaining, and facilitating personnel processes

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects or tasks
