Finance & Accounting Operations
- Manage daily cash flow, short/long-term liquidity needs, and banking relationships.
- Oversee general accounting processes, ensure the accuracy of financial statements, and guarantee timely tax filings.
- Analyze interest rate and foreign exchange (FX) risks, implementing robust investment strategies and risk management policies.
Budgeting, Financial Planning & Reporting
- Lead the annual budgeting process and analyze budget variances.
- Develop strategic financial plans to support company objectives and conduct financial feasibility studies for new investments.
- Prepare and present regular financial analyses and performance reports to senior management.
Audit, Internal Control & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with legal regulations, financial reporting standards, and company policies.
- Establish internal control systems and coordinate both internal and external audit processes.
- Lead the implementation of the company's Quality and Management Systems standards and participate in management review meetings.
Team Management & Process Improvement
- Plan the daily and weekly operations of the finance department, ensuring effective task delegation.
- Conduct performance evaluations (GPS), coach team members on their professional development, and support efforts to attract and retain high-potential talent.
- Lead cross-functional process improvement projects to enhance cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 7+ years of experience in treasury and accounting management, ideally within the textile or manufacturing industry.
- Valid CPA (SMMM) license with a strong command of Turkish Tax Legislation, statutory reporting, e-transformation processes, and IFRS.
- Proven expertise in cash flow forecasting, banking relations, credit risk management, and handling trade finance (import/export operations).
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle ERP (financial and accounting modules) and expert-level MS Excel skills for financial modelling.
- Strong team management abilities, analytical problem-solving skills, and fluency in English (written and spoken) to effectively collaborate with international stakeholders.
