The Role

We are seeking an analytical Treasury Accountant to play a pivotal role in the organization's financial health and payment operations during our growth stage. In this position, you will maintain customer relationships, process invoices, reconcile statements, and identify process improvement opportunities directly impacting company-wide payment systems' efficiency.

In this role you will be in charge of processing payments across the entire company group, working with payment systems, collaborating with internal clients, and bookkeeping of expenses on a daily basis.

You will report directly to the Head of Accounting.

What You Will Do

• Process payments across the entire company group, utilizing various payment systems
• Prepare daily accounting for all treasury activities, including daily bank reconciliations and suspense account clearance
• Support the month-end process
• Generate and analyze reports related to accounts payable and cash, providing insights to management as needed
• Handle daily communication with banks, resolving various issues, participating in account opening and closing, and updating information for banks
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounts cash processes and improve efficiency
• Process internal requests within the company, such as issuing new cards and forms
• Prepare documentation and support audit processes related to treasury activities

What We Look For

• Over 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Strong business communication skills in English (B2.2)
• High attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Proven experience in working with Payment Systems (including international ones)
• Excellent organizational skills to complete multiple tasks in a timely manner

Our Interview Process

We believe in competency-based interviews combined with work samples and we share clear expectations for each element. Our interview assignments simulate what it’s like to work at iDeals and the type of tasks you’ll tackle. Here are the stages of the interview process for this role:

• Screening call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (~40 mins)

• Test Task (2-3 hours)

• Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (90 mins)

• Hiring Manager interview (60 mins)
