Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end visa application processes for employees and business travelers
  • Coordinate and organize corporate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, documentation)
  • Ensure compliance with visa regulations and travel requirements across different countries
  • Communicate with embassies, agencies, and internal stakeholders
  • Track visa statuses and maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding travel and visa procedures
  • Handle urgent travel requests and resolve travel-related issues efficiently

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in travel management or a related field
  • Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in organizing and managing corporate travel and visa processes
  • Ability to travel on a monthly basis
  • Active visa with no travel restrictions or related issues
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Empathetic and service-oriented mindset
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Experience working with international teams or global mobility
  • Knowledge of visa regulations across multiple regions

Skills Required
