Voyagu is a San Francisco-based travel management company that connects premium U.S. travelers with travel experts for better and easier planning, booking, and managing of their trips.

Being part of a growing billion-dollar travel industry, we already have millions in revenue and a team of a hundred people with offices in San Francisco, Amsterdam, Warsaw, and Mexico City — and now we're building our first team in the Philippines. You'll be one of its first members, with a real path to team lead and senior roles as the site grows.

This role is for experienced travel sales professionals. If you have sold flights or travel services to U.S. customers — in a travel BPO, an airline ticketing account, an OTA, or a travel agency — and you're ready to stop working someone else's queue and start owning your own book of premium clients, this is built for you.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will sell international business and first class airline tickets to highly educated, well-paid professionals and creatives from the U.S. You will focus on three clear benefits for them: maximizing their savings on premium airfare, providing competent service in planning and booking their trips, and giving them quick access to travel support throughout the journey. You will build long-term relationships with your clients and become their trusted expert for all their premium travel needs.

What we offer
  • Competitive compensation: fixed base + uncapped sales commission + bonus — no capped incentive schemes; your earnings are tied directly to your performance, and top performers earn far above typical BPO packages;
  • Warm inbound leads only — U.S. travelers who have already submitted a request for business or first class flights. No cold calling, no mixed queues, no metrics theater;
  • A ground-floor role in a brand-new site — early team members get the first opportunities for team lead and senior roles as the Philippines team grows;
  • Mentorship from day one and structured onboarding — we teach our product and method, you bring proven sales skills;
  • A personal development plan for each team member;
  • Other benefits according to company policy;
What you will do
  • Qualify warm inbound requests and turn them into closed deals;
  • Identify each client's real travel needs and match them with the right option;
  • Guide your clients through business and first class options to close the deal with you;
  • Deliver premium-level customer care to earn loyalty, repeat bookings, and referrals;
  • Build individual relationships with your clients and become their trusted partner for all their travel;
  • Work in a team of 4–6 agents together with a team leader;
  • Complete sales targets;
  • Make mistakes — but never the same mistake twice. No one has ever done what we are doing, so fasten your seatbelt;
  • Work hours synced with U.S. time zones: night shift, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Manila time.
What you bring to the team
  • 2+ years of travel sales experience with U.S. or international customers — airline ticketing, travel BPO account, OTA, or travel agency background required;
  • Excellent, confident English (C1+) — you will advise demanding U.S. clients every day;
  • A track record of hitting sales targets — be ready to talk numbers: conversion, average ticket, quota attainment;
  • Genuine drive for financial growth — you want your income to depend on your results, not on a fixed package;
  • Consultative selling instinct: you diagnose before you pitch, and you protect value instead of discounting;
  • Problem-solving skills, learning agility, and resilience under pressure;
  • GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre) is a strong plus;
  • Team lead or supervisor experience is a plus — leadership roles will open as the site grows.
