About You

We’re looking for someone who is computer savvy and eager to learn new systems, with exceptional attention to detail and a knack for effective problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, managing a high-volume workload while delivering a consistent and high level of customer service. Previous experience in a similar role, along with a familiarity with reservations systems, is highly desirable but not mandatory.


About The Role

As our business continues to grow, we are thrilled to offer exciting opportunities for customer-focused and sales-driven individuals to join our Travel Centre team in Adelaide. We have full-time and part-time positions available working over a flexible 7-day roster cycle.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to deliver a comprehensive travel experience service that truly exceeds our guests’ expectations. As a Travel Sales Consultant, you’ll pay a vital role in shaping the beginning of our guests’ unforgettable journeys.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Initially, your time will be spent getting to know our team, learning about our amazing products, using our booking systems, and buddying up with one of our talented Travel Sales Consultants.
  • You will offer exceptional customer service to assist our guests with their holiday of a lifetime through our various communication platforms including over the phone, via email or on webchat.
  • Using your creativity and passion for the tourism industry, you will provide our guests with a suite of information relating to our products and offer personalised solutions and package options depending on our guests needs.
  • You will be an expert in your field and a product ambassador, all while working towards and achieving your individual plus team KPI's
