We are seeking a proactive Senior Associate with 2–5 years of experience in travel, hospitality, & business development. The role focuses on onboarding and managing partnerships with DMCs (Destination Management Companies) and educational institutions to deliver end to end international travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard DMCs (Destination Management Companies) across international destinations
- Develop and maintain partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions for outbound travel requirements
- Understand client needs and design customized end-to-end travel solutions (flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries, logistics)
- Act as a single point of contact for institutional clients for all international travel requirements
- Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements with DMCs and institutions
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, visa, ticketing) to ensure smooth execution of travel plans
- Generate and manage a strong pipeline of leads through networking, outreach, and referrals
- Track and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets
- Stay updated on global travel trends, visa regulations, and destination-specific requirements.
Skills Required
- 2-5 years of experience in travel, hospitality, and business development
- Experience identifying, approaching, and onboarding DMCs (Destination Management Companies)
- Experience developing partnerships with colleges, universities, or educational institutions
- Ability to design customized end-to-end travel solutions including flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries, and logistics
- Proven ability to negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements
- Proven track record generating and managing a sales pipeline and achieving targets
- Knowledge of global travel trends, visa regulations, and destination-specific requirements
- Experience coordinating with operations, visa, and ticketing teams to execute travel plans
