monday.com is looking for a US Travel Manager to join our Finance team!

Are you a motivated and organized professional with a passion for travel? monday.com is looking for an experienced Travel Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of corporate travel for the Americas, including the coordination of flight, hotel, and car rentals. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent organizational skills.

We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure and has high attention to detail. You will be working with outside travel agents on coordination to ensure a seamless travel experience to individual and group trips while ensuring compliance with the company’s corporate travel policy.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.


About The Role:

  • Focal point for all things travel related for the Americas
  • Build and foster long-term relationships with outside Travel Agents and frequently used Hotels 
  • Review all employee submitted travel requests and approve proposed itineraries from agents to ensure they’re in compliance with the company’s global travel policy
  • Review all submitted Travel Reports submitted in conjunction with their booked itinerary.
  • Ensure that receipts from all travelers accompany all expense reports
  • Providing excellent service to the relevant departments

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Travel Agency or as a Travel Coordinator in a 500+ employee company
  • Experience with coordinate travel across the Americas (US, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, etc.)
  • Working experience with Expense Reimbursement and ERP systems 
  • Data oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to balance immediate and long term priorities

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $85,000-$105,000k base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
