You will:
- Centralize and handle all company travel purchases, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, ensuring strict alignment with internal travel policies;
- Proactively research and propose the most efficient, comfortable, and cost-effective travel routes and options;
- Collaborate on organizing local and international company events - managing venue infrastructure, group travel logistics, and guest accommodation;
- Act as the main point of contact for employees before and during trips, assisting with travel updates, itineraries, and troubleshooting when delays occur;
- Provide light, secondary support for daily office administrative tasks to help keep our local operations running smoothly.
Requirements:
- A strong "can-do" attitude, high curiosity, and a genuine interest in logistics, event planning, or administrative support;
- The ability to research options independently, spot cost-effective solutions, and solve mini-puzzles with enthusiasm;
- Exceptional ability to stay organized when handling multiple requests, dates, and bookings at once;
- Warm, helpful, and clear communication - you love making life easier for your colleagues;
- High proficiency in spoken and written English;
- Formal travel management experience is a plus, not a requirement! If you are organized, computer-savvy, and eager to learn, we can teach you the rest.
