This Position reports to:
Team Lead Travel & ExpensesYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
- Responsible for implementation, application, Administration of all CCC products. Define tasks to ensure delivery of services to assigned employees and business partners in accordance with service level agreements.
- Identify, recommend, and assist in implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains in the areas of responsibility.
- Performs analysis and quality checks in the respective area and highlights discrepancies for corrective and preventive action.
- Investigates and escalates complex topics requiring support beyond the capabilities of level one support team based on service line responsibilities and guidelines. Actively achieves performance goals, increases productivity, and leads and/or participates in team projects when requested.
- Ensures to have a good collaboration within the service line and with all stakeholders including ABB functions, suppliers, and vendors. Collaborate with cross functional teams, procurement, travel agency, T&E and pointed suppliers to drive continues improvements and user experience.
- Creates and promotes a positive working relationship within the team and with external customers by measuring customer/employee satisfaction and developing on them. Ensure travelers globally to have right card products and route all expenses through corporate card.
- Positively influence the traveler behavior to generate savings and lower environmental impact as per agreed policies and possibilities. Analysis and executions of continued improvement and new products, e.g. BTA, P card, Meeting card, Travel card, V payments. Point of escalation for root causes of issues. Ensure issues get resolved and proactively mitigated as well as take care of the maintenance processes.
- Collects and prioritizes business needs and design solutions to meet business needs Based on need participate and lead projects and initiatives to support the development of ABB T&E Function
Qualification for the role:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- T&E background with at least 2-4 years’ experience in finance, auditing and or business process reengineering
- Prior proven experience in the Corporate Credit Card processes and T&E, both operationally, as well as project-based
- Strong project and change management skills.
- Outsourcing and/or shared services with Experience working in a global business environment background preferred
- Operating knowledge of Concur expense management tools as well as working experience with SAP ERP
- High level of attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform high level of problem solving, occasionally in urgent situations.
Knowledge of BTA, P card reconciliation and Corporate Card Administrator role/process is a must.
