You’ll take ownership of key travel processes, identify opportunities to optimise budgets and build strong relationships across the business and with external vendors. You will also develop skills in travel strategy, reporting and employee experience, all while ensuring colleagues travel safely and efficiently.
Your role with us
Joining as the second hire in our growing Travel Team you’ll help strengthen and scale Easygo’s travel operations. In this role, you will:
- Organise end-to-end travel arrangements for Easygo employees, ensuring smooth, efficient, and well-coordinated business trips.
- Support the maintenance of our corporate travel policy to ensure compliance and cost control.
- Monitor travel budgets, prepare reports and insights and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency.
- Stay informed on global travel advisories and implement safety measures for all travellers.
- Continuously improve travel processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

The last 2 years have been huge for us, we have grown from 20 to 100+ team members. Whilst the products that we build are global we have two amazing offices in the same building in the heart of the CBD with all the bells and whistles you could ever want.
