We are looking for a highly organized and service-oriented Travel Coordinator to join our Operations Services team.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the company's end-to-end travel operations and become a key point of contact for employees across the organization.

You will have the opportunity to develop expertise in global travel operations, vendor management, budgeting, and employee support while working as part of a collaborative and professional team.
What will your job look like:
Coordinate all business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and related logistics for employees traveling in Israel and abroad.
Work closely with travel agencies and external vendors to secure the best travel solutions while maintaining cost efficiency.
Handle and monitor travel-related documentation, including passports, visas, permits, and other required clearances.
Ensure travel requests are aligned with company policies and budget requirements.
Manage relationships and agreements with hotels, car rental providers, and other travel suppliers.
Support employees throughout the travel process and provide timely assistance when travel-related issues arise.
Serve as the administrator of the company’s travel management system (comBTAS).
Continuously identify opportunities to improve travel processes and enhance the employee experience.
All you need is:
5+ years of experience in travel coordination, business travel management, or a similar administrative role.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience working with travel management systems (comBTAS - an advantage)
Availability to provide support outside regular working hours.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, combined with a confident and assertive approach.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
