Travel Coordinators wear the WeRoad t-shirt only once or twice per year, leading small groups of travellers around the world. The rest of the year, they live their normal lives — with normal jobs, studies, or projects.
But when they travel with us, something special happens.
Each trip is the chance to create connections, discover new cultures, and share unforgettable experiences with strangers who often become friends.
The greatest satisfaction?
It usually comes on the very last day of the trip, when you look around and realise that a group of strangers has become a small community.
A Travel Coordinator is not a tour guide.
Your role is to lead the group experience, making sure everyone feels included, safe, and part of the adventure.
You will:

The World English Community is made up of Travel Coordinators who lead tours in English, with travellers from all around the world.
