Travel Coordinator - Maternity Leave replacement

We are looking for a Travel coordinator to lead the end-to-end travel process, ensuring a best-in-class traveler experience and managing costs effectively. This role is part of the global HR team, reporting to the Travel Team Manager. 
*Currently it is a temporary position for maternity leave*

As a Travel Coordinator at Similarweb you will:

• Own the end to end travel process for all business purposes, including: scheduling flights and ground transportation, booking accommodations, and handling any other travel-related tasks.
• Provide best-in-class service level and traveler experience to travelers
• Manage costs diligently and optimize for cost effectiveness on all travel transactions
• Help manage travel budgets for budget owners, including reporting of budget utilization and balance available
• Ensure all travelers are equipped with relevant documents before travel (insurance claims, valid passports and visas).
• Manage relationships with vendors (travel agencies, airlines, hotels) including ongoing communication, pricing negotiation and policy compliance
• Organize travel and accommodation for large scale events such as marketing conferences, company kickoff, team offsites etc.

This is the perfect job for someone who:

• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a similar role.
• Diploma from the School of Tourism or any Travel agents and tourism consultants course - has to be recognized by the Israel Ministry of Tourism. 
• High proficiency in Combtas, Concur, Amadeus and Saber travel network
• Availability to support US Eastern time zone occasionally, and after-hours incident resolution if required
• English Level: Native level or very high business proficiency
