Jump at the opportunity to become a pivotal member of our team as a full-time, permanent Travel Consultant at our RAC Dianella Travel Centre.
What does every day look like for you?

Offer expert travel advice, meticulously planning and cost-effectively orchestrating itineraries for our customers

Utilise Sabre to manage and update customer files, ensuring compliance with operational standards

Seamlessly coordinate all travel arrangements, including cross-selling supplementary RAC products to meet customer needs

Process transactions with precision and efficiency, maintaining adherence to operating procedures and timelines
What are we looking for?
-
Demonstrated experience in retail sales of international travel packages, with a particular emphasis on cruising

A seasoned traveller with in-depth product and destination knowledge that sets you apart

Proven track record of surpassing sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
-
Familiarity with Sabre and SAM/Tramada or similar travel booking systems is highly desirable
-
Availability to work occasional Saturdays as per a rotating roster
