The Opportunity
The T&E (Travel and Expense) and Card Administration Analyst is responsible for supporting the efficient management of employee travel and expense activities, including the administration of corporate credit cards. Will work closely with internal teams and vendors to facilitate smooth and timely processing of transactions and assist with the maintenance of reporting systems.
Responsibilities

Travel & Expense Management: Demonstrates an understanding of best practices for travel and expense management, oversees related activities, manages travel policy inquiries, and maintains settings within Concur Travel.

Corporate Credit Card Processing: Handles corporate credit card applications, maintenance forms, limit increases, restriction lifts, and ensures the process follows the required approvals.

Reporting and Monitoring: Responsible for Concur posting monitoring, preparing terminated employees reports, keeping FTE files and check deposit logs up to date, running ad-hoc reports in Concur and other systems, and managing cash payment rejections weekly.

Training and Documentation: Conducts routine training on supported processes for new colleagues, maintains basic training documents, and provides input for updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Detailed Training Procedures (DTP).

Customer Service and Collaboration: Ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met, effectively handles customer service calls, communicates, and collaborates proactively with various business partners, and manages tickets through Service Now.
Who you are

1 year of experience in an operational T&E role, card administration role, customer service, or shared services environment.

Advanced English and Spanish level, both written and spoken.

Portuguese is highly desired.

Experience with Concur is highly desirable.

Knowledge of the SAP Concur platform.

Knowledge of Citimanager is desirable.
