Travel and Expense Support Associate

The Opportunity

The T&E department provides services for global functions and countries. We support colleagues with partial or full expense claim processing.

As a Travel and Expense - Support Associate you will play a variety of roles according to your experience, knowledge, and general requirements, such as:

• You will be responsible for working with Roche employees from Roche Diagnostics Germany in order to perform the Travel & Expense administrative  activities

• You will be responsible for supporting Roche employees in Travel and Expense claim preparation, fixing, finalization and submission, reviewing all expense claims to be part of the payment against the local Travel and Expense policies 

• Verify T&E expense claims from VAT point of view

• Working with precision and quality in order to ensure the reliability of financial reports of Roche affiliates.

• Follow the instructions of the Team Lead regarding the daily work coordination.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who is self motivated, really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member you are open-minded, dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development. Furthermore, you have:
 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in administrative education

• Strong customer centricity, end-to-end accountability, problem-solving skills, growth & agile mindset in ambiguous situations

• Strong analytical skills and compliance mindset

• Multi-cultural acceptance, ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.

• Excellent computer literacy, including MS Office, gMail and other Google software (gSheets, gDocs, etc). Experience of usage SAP and Concur are advantageous.

• Good administrative skills
