WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Generate manual invoices and process batch invoices in the system for client settlements
- Download agent billing reports and identify variances between GL and BSP reports
- Research, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies, fix or re-drive missing invoices
- Manage credit card feed operations including processing payments, refunds, and EFT transactions to clients
- Create provisions and process write-offs as needed for account management
- Perform account reconciliation for bank and credit card accounts; manage working fund control
- Process AP settlements and business travel payments; prepare and upload journal entries to NetSuite
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and support monthly close activities to ensure accurate financial records
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting or financial operations experience
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting systems
- Fluent in both English and Thai with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- High work ethic with strong ownership mentality and accountability for assigned responsibilities
- Flexible and adaptable mindset with willingness to learn new processes and take on varied assignments
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
