Compass Health is seeking a Transporter to support our Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center (CPRC) team, helping adults with serious mental illness access the care, support, and services they need to live independently in the community. This role plays a vital part in connecting clients to psychiatric care, case management, therapy appointments, and other essential resources by providing safe, respectful transportation across our service areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport CPRC clients to and from appointments, groups, and community services
- Plan efficient pickup and drop-off routes, maintaining a timely and organized schedule
- Maintain a clean, operational vehicle and complete required inspections, mileage logs, and maintenance reports
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, caregivers, and team members
- Coordinate with the CPRC team to meet transportation needs and respond to scheduling changes
- Assist with onboarding new transportation staff and support team operations as needed
- Adhere to safety regulations, agency procedures, and confidentiality standards at all times
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High School/GED preferred
Work Experience/Training/Additional Requirements:
- Ability to possess cognitive, organizational, and emotional maturity to deal effectively with multiple stressors required
- At least one-year experience in customer service or mental health-related field preferred
- Experience with management of transportation programs preferred
- Excellent communication skills and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) preferred
Licensure/Certification:
- Must have a valid Class E Missouri driver’s license or ability to obtain within 60 days

Skills Required
- Ability to demonstrate cognitive, organizational, and emotional maturity when managing multiple stressors
- Valid Class E Missouri driver's license or ability to obtain one within 60 days
