CarePoint Response, Inc. (CPR) is Baltimore's comprehensive behavioral health crisis response system. Since 1992, we have provided compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges.

CarePoint Response is seeking a dependable and professional Part-Time Driver to support our programs and operations. In this role, you will safely transport clients, complete deliveries and office pickups, and help ensure transportation needs are handled efficiently and on schedule.

This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, organized, comfortable interacting with a diverse population, and committed to providing professional and respectful service.

• Safely transport clients to and from designated destinations.
• Transport packages, documents, supplies, and other materials as needed.
• Complete office pickups and other administrative transportation needs.
• Arrive at scheduled destinations on time.
• Load and unload luggage, packages, supplies, and other items as necessary.

• Plan routes in advance and use navigation applications to identify the most efficient route.
• Monitor traffic, construction, weather, and other potential delays.
• Adjust routes when necessary to maintain scheduled arrival times.
• Organize multiple transportation or delivery assignments effectively.

• Interact with clients professionally, respectfully, and courteously at all times.
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Communicate delays, transportation concerns, or other issues to the appropriate team member.

• Ensure assigned vehicles are fueled and ready for use.
• Maintain accurate mileage and vehicle-related records.
• Coordinate or arrange vehicle repairs when needed.
• Report vehicle maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Help ensure vehicles remain safe and operational.

Additional duties may be assigned based on organizational and program needs

• Valid driver's license.
• At least one year of driving experience.
• Strong driving and navigation skills.
• Ability to use GPS and navigation applications effectively.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
• Ability to safely load and unload luggage, packages, and other objects.
• Dependability and punctuality.
