Job DescriptionAs Regional Transport & Trade Procurement Expert, you’ll lead end-to-end procurement for transport and trade services across the APAC (Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, India) region. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to secure the best suppliers, contracts, and value for our logistics operations — driving both business efficiency and sustainability.
What You’ll Do
Lead procurement activities from initiation to contract finalization.
Align all procurement with category strategy, operational targets, and sustainability goals.
Partner cross-functionally to define business needs, assess suppliers, and evaluate contract offers.
Develop and execute effective negotiation and commercial strategies.
Present procurement outcomes and recommend optimal solutions.
Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and vender performance follow-ups.
Identify opportunities to enhance sustainability and operational excellence.
Who You Are
Experienced procurement professional with strong logistics and negotiation expertise.
Skilled collaborator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical thinker with sound financial and market insight.
Experienced in transportation sourcing across diverse, complex markets.
Structured yet flexible — able to balance strategy and quick wins.
Preferably with APAC procurement experience and proficiency in English (Japanese or Korean a plus).
Full-time role reporting to APAC Regional Transport & Trade Commercial Manager.
