Our CEO, Angus spotted that many vans on the roads are half full or empty at any given time and so AnyVan was born in 2009 to create the world's most efficient technology logistics platform and help halve the number of miles driven.

We're looking for passionate individuals to join our talented team of approx. 300 AnyVanners in our London and Cape Town offices. This role is key in providing outstanding support to our Transport Providers (TP’s) within our French market so fluency in French is essential.
What you’ll be doing:
Source and recruit new Transport Providers (TPs) for the French market
Effectively onboard TPs and make sure they know how to use our portal and app to access, bid on and complete jobs
Building trust-based relationships - keeping TP and customer satisfaction front of mind at all times and quickly and effectively problem solve issues
Manage quotes and liaise with our transport providers to negotiate mutually beneficial prices for our TP’s
Work to agreed targets that focus on both numbers (TPs onboarded and engaged) and ethics (positioning in the right way)
Deal with customer service queries as and when needed.
Skills and experience we think you’ll need to be successful in the role:
Ready to work in a fast paced, fun target driven environment
Fluent in French (Written and verbal) (Please note one of the interviews will be conducted in French and we will also ask you to complete a written exercise in french).
Comfortable spending most of your day speaking on the phone
Comfortable working to and achieving targets
Strong emotional intelligence
Self-motivated and resilient
Easily adopts change and demonstrates agility and flexibility when direction or priorities shift
The ability to develop, high quality, trust-based working relationships and guide transport providers through processes to achieve the best results for the business
A bias to action and the capability to deliver good work quickly
The ability to commute to our offices in the Central Business District 5 days a week and work flexible shift patterns
