📍 Location: Braeside⏰ Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 1:30 PM – 9:30 PMYour Role:As a Transport Operations Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by:
✅ Managing the drivers debrief database and distributing updates.
✅ Efficiently entering PODs into company systems.
✅ Handling PUD and Linehaul manifesting for seamless deliveries.
✅ Using your problem-solving skills to manage missing paperwork and freight issues.
✅ Overseeing pallet dockets and transfers with accuracy.
✅ Supporting the Fleet Team to ensure all tasks are completed daily.
✅ Preparing daily operational reports and coordinating with fleet and customer service teams.
✅ Completing general administrative duties to keep everything running smoothly.
🔹 Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
🔹 High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
🔹 A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and improve processes.
🔹 Previous experience in a similar role (transport/logistics industry preferred).
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate/Advanced).
🔹 Experience with Toll Works (desirable but not required).
