WHY YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED…

You’ll collaborate closely with the Lead on building and enhancing transport-related data KPIs
-
You’ll be the main direct contact when it comes to carrier data performance
-
You’ll be responsible for updating and creating regular data analysis
-
For new and existing suppliers for Zalando, you will work on new data driven projects to estimate negative impact of specific causes on carrier and network performance
-
You’ll proactively contribute to drive projects that ensures process improvements and standardisation
-
You’ll help and support on carrier management topics, including conducting calls with carriers on a regular basis.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF…

You have about 3 years of experience with Transport, Logistics, Middle Mile, Delivery and KPI analysis with a solid understanding of their possibilities and limitations
-
You possess a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field
-
You are committed to continuous process enhancement and end-to-end task ownership

You are fluent in English
-
You have strong organisational and communication skills, with a structured work approach
-
You have prolific skills in using excel/data sheets , you are able to absorb and effectively use new or unknown data sources.
