Für unser internationales Team suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n 

Ihre Aufgaben 

• Operative Abwicklung von nationalen und internationalen Transporten (FTL, LTL, Groupage)
• Tägliche Mitarbeit im zentralen Transportgeschäft: Ticketbearbeitung, Reklamationen, Preisprüfungen und Planung
• Sicherstellung von definierter Service-Levels (z. B. OTIF, Lead Times)
• Pflege und Kontrolle transportrelevanter Daten im TMS/ERP-System
• Enge Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen (Einkauf, Customer Service, Warehouse, Regulatory)
• Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer Carrier, bei der Optimierung bestehender und Entwicklung neuer Transportprozesse (SAP)
• Unterstützung bei zollrelevanten Fragestellungen sowie ggfs. Gefahrgut-Themen

Ihr Profil 

• Abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Spedition/Transport/Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation 

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der operativen europaweiten Transportsteuerung, inklusive Carrier Management 

• Strukturierte, KPI-basierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Problemlösungs- und Analysefähigkeit. 

• Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Freude an operativer Arbeit; erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil 

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP-Kenntnisse (TM & ECC von Vorteil) und Transport Management-Systemkenntnisse von Vorteil 

• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
