Job DescriptionScope of Position: Support the dispatch & collection of shipments in an efficient & timely manner. Liasing with operations, effectively managing and negotiating costs and ensuring sub-contractors & hauliers are operating as per Expeditors requirements.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the deliveries throughout Ireland
- Complete and delegate the daily drivers sheets for the Dublin area
- Manage all country deliveries through approved country hauliers
- Maintain the collection database & coordinate pickups with drivers throughout the day
- Delegate domestic jobs for the Dublin Office
- Responsible for interdepartmental & external billing on a monthly basis
- Monitor the collections & airport drivers
- Source pricing for deliveries or collections where needed
- Organise any special deliveries or collections where needed
- 1-3 Years Industry Experience
- Team Orientated
- Excellent organisational Skills
- Effective communications skill
- Word & Excel Experience
